Job Overview

Diverse Solution Ltd is looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our marketing and business development efforts, focusing on understanding target group needs and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage campaigns tailored to diverse audience preferences.

• Identify marketing requirements and present research findings.

• Propose design or promotional changes to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Create and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns.

• Monitor advertising progress and liaise with clients.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• MBA degree.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Experience in market research and data analysis.
